Refund / Exchange Policy
We're very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective.
OUR PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE.Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item, DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in their original condition.
Damaged Goods
If your FOXNEX seeds arrived damaged or contaminated, please contact us directly. Send an email to foxnexllc@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the product.
Third-Party Vendors
For products not purchased directly from our website (e.g., local Kentucky grocery stores or vendors), please contact the store where the original purchase was made.
Returns & Investigation
For defective products, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Include the following:
- A clear photograph of the product.
- Provide the LOT CODE (found next to the expiration date) so we can investigate the batch.
No Refund Exceptions
No refunds or exchanges will be granted for:
Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences, we do not offer refunds if the snack is "not quite to your liking."
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after seven (7) days, first check with your bank or credit card company — there is often processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your credit, please reach out to our team immediately.
